Welcome to Trendoza Mart. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and the courier service available in that area.

2. Delivery Time

Major cities: Approximately 3–5 working days.
Other cities and areas: Approximately 5–8 working days.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders in Pakistan. Customers can pay the order amount in cash directly to the courier when the parcel is delivered.

Please keep the exact order amount ready to avoid delivery delays.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled before dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

6. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

Full name
Mobile phone number
House/street address
City
Area
Any useful landmark

Trendoza Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply to some redelivery requests.
